Shipping Information
Shipping to the United States and Canada
The Indie Store ships to the U.S. and Canada. All orders may require up to five (5) days to process. Some orders may require additional processing time. “Preorder” items will ship within seven days of becoming available. Indie is not responsible for any delays due to processing or shipment.
If an order is being shipped to a location within the United States, Ground, Two-Day, Three-Day, and Overnight shipping is available. For orders shipped to Canada, Ground, Two-Day, and Overnight shipping is available. Indie reserves the right to select the shipping carrier. Customers may select their shipping method at checkout. Shipping charges will be added at check-out.
If a customer pays using a credit or debit card, Indie will only ship to the billing address associated with the card or any other address that is on file with the credit or debit card company.
International Orders
International orders may be placed by emailing Indie’s Customer Service Team at admin@indiehobby.com. For international shipments, the customer may be responsible for applicable taxes and duties. These will be collected by the carrier upon delivery. Please note that international orders may have a longer processing time.
Shipping Disruptions
Indie will ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays or other days Indie is not open for business. Some rural addresses are excluded from delivery by Indie’s shipping carriers. Shipping may also be disrupted due to unavoidable weather conditions, mechanical or operational failures, terrorism, or other delays outside of Indie’s control. Indie is not liable for any shipping disruption or delay. Indie may, but is not obligated to, attempt to notify customers if there is a shipping disruption.
